I'm always being asked, I have a problem with my computer, it's doing this or doing that, what might it be, my first answer is always, without having a look it very hard to diagnose a problem, but the these problems can vary from things like a slow running computer virus incorrect software or drivers and this is where Love IT comes in, I can help you with all of these issues.

Whenever I can I try not to baffle clients with technical jargon as I know that this can confuse theme, so what I try to do is use good old plain English. I can come to your home or you can come to me and we can sit down with you to discuss these issues, and I will advise you of the best possible solution to resolve them.

I also offer some 1 to 1 tuition. You might not be too sure how to use some of the programs you maybe you need some help with setting up or installing new software. Or you might just need some help on using the Internet. Any of these I can help I will spend quality time and go through these to make sure you understand them
